THE AWARD WINNING DISTRICT 12 CELEBRATION!!!

It was a close race, but POMA District 12 was victorious, winning the first ever POMA District
Challenge! Because of our members’ engagement, input and willingness to learn, have fun and
reach out to our community, we are the proud recipients of an obnoxiously large traveling
trophy along with resources for a grand celebration. The leaders of D12 have chosen to make
this a family-friendly day and encourage members to bring their families and invite a non-member
osteopathic colleague from the district to join in our fun and see what they too can be a part of!

Check in with the POMA D12 leadership anytime from 2:00pm-6:00pm at the Depot.

You will receive admission to Doolittles Dinosaurs and putt putt mini golf, gift cards (one per
member or prospective member and up to 3 additional family members) to be used for food,
non-alcoholic beverages, and ice cream at many of the venues at Doolittle Station, special
treats for children 14 and under who are pre-registered, opportunity to win prizes, play board
and yard games, and enjoy camaraderie with your fellow District 12 members. We will be able
to tour some of the train cars and visit the model train exhibits.

RSVP by Sunday 6/19/2022, including number of attendees and number of children 14 and
under who will be attending. If you will be bringing an osteopathic physician from D12 (Clarion,
Clearfield, Elk, Forrest and Jefferson counties) who is not currently a member of POMA, please
indicate that on your RSVP.
