POMA Districts For representation purposes, Pennsylvania is geographically divided into 13 POMA districts. Each district elects its own officers, a trustee to the POMA Board, and delegates to the POMA House of Delegates. Districts also hold regular meetings to provide educational opportunities, share legislative updates, raise issues of importance with POMA leadership, and foster a sense of community within the osteopathic community across Pennsylvania.
