1. What was the general understanding of the purpose of the project/program by participants?

 The program was a way for residents to relieve stress and connect with each other while participating in an activity that encourages teamwork. 

 

2. During the project/program, what tangible tools or strategies were demonstrated or taught (i.e, coping skills for wellness and life balance)

 The program encouraged residents to balance their work activities with an activity that allows for stress relief. It encouraged residents to make time for themselves. Additionally participants were able to connect with other residents building relationships that allowed for discussions of how to combat stress. 

 

3. What word(s) best describes how you feel when you are experiencing stress or well-being imbalance?

 When I am experiencing well-being imbalance I feel anxious, tense, and pessimistic. 

 

4. What suggestions do you have to increase the probability of success for the project/program for other institutions?

 I believe this project has potential for great success at other institutions. Allowing adequate time for registration and choosing a location that is easily accessible would maximize the amount of participants that would be able to attend. 

 

5. What do you intend to do, upon returning to work, that you learned and practiced during the activity, that will improve your response to stressful situations?

 Upon returning to work I would continue to use the teamwork skills that I practiced during the activity to best communicate with my co-workers.
