The POMA Board of Trustees is made up of active and respected DOs in Pennsylvania.  The trustees-at-large are voted into position in even years at the Annual House of Delegates meeting.

Glen Mills

Donna L. Delfin, DO is a board-certified family physician practicing at Primary Care Concordville, formerly at Family Physicians at the Pavilion, in Glen Mills, PA. A graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed a family medicine residency at Crozer Family Medicine in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

In addition to serving as a member of the POMA Board of Trustees, she is Vice Chair of POMA District 2 and is a member of the POMA Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Delfin is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

Kathryn G. Graham, DO, is a hospitalist for Apogee Physicians, contracted to work at Penn Highlands Healthcare in DuBois, Pennsylvania. Board certified in internal medicine, she is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a 2013 graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship, general surgery residency and internal medicine residency at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, New York.

Dr. Graham is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Physicians, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the American Thoracic Society.

Jessica L. Masser, MS, DO, MSMedEd, FAAFP, FACOFP, is a board certified family physician with Conemaugh Physician Group in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and assistant program director of the family medicine residency program at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

A graduate of Frostburg (Md.) State University and a 2007 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, she received her Master in Medical Education from the Lake Erie (Pa.) College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship and family medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. 

In addition to serving as trustee-at-large, she also serves as treasurer of POMA District VIII and vice speaker of the POMA House of Delegates. A fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, she is past president of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society. She is also a member of the American Academy of Osteopathy and The Cranial Academy and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians.

Farah Mirza, DO, is a partner at Northern Valley Primary Care in Easton, Pennsylvania and clinical faculty for St. Luke's University Hospital and Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Mirza is a 2003 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Vice Chair of POMA District 3, Dr. Mirza is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Osteopathy and the Cranial Academy.

Jonathan Oline, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Lower Bucks Hospital's Community Health Center in Bristol, Pennsylvania. In 2024, he retired as a Colonel in the Medical Corps and Deputy Command Surgeon and Flight Surgeon at the 99th Readiness Division in Ft. Dix, JB-MDL, New Jersey. Dr. Oline is a graduate of LaSalle University in Philadelphia, and a 1983 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at PCOM and a cardiology fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung in Browns Mills, New Jersey and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Oline is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and serves as a member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

Meera Shah, DO, MBA, is osteopathic program director of the family medicine residency program at Abington (Pa.) Family Medicine. Board certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine, she is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a 2007 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at Abington Family Medicine and a geriatric medicine fellowship at Abington Memorial Hospital. She also received a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master in business administration in healthcare from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Hans T. Zuckerman, DO, is a board-certified family physician practicing at Geisinger Pottsville (Pa.). He also serves as division chief of the Department of Community Medicine for Schuylkill County and Geisinger Kulpmont in Northumberland County.

Dr. Zuckerman is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from PCOM in 2014. Dr. Zuckerman completed his family medicine residency at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital Family Residency Program where he was Chief Resident from 2016-2017.

School of Medicine and an attending physician at the Western Psychiatric Hospital in Pittsburgh. Board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine, Dr. Latronica is a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania and a 2017 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at Clarion (Pa.) Hospital and an addiction medicine fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Mohit Chhatpar, DO, is a third-year family medicine resident at Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Dr. Chhatpar is a graduate of New York University in New York, and a 2019 graduate of William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi where he also received a master’s in biomedical sciences. Tia Pattillo, OMS-II, is the DO Student Council President at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. A graduate of Penn State University, University Park, she volunteers at the Community Wellness Initiative and Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance in Philadelphia, and as a Victim Advocate at WIN Victim Services in Chambersburg. Student Doctor Pattillo is vice president of the Association of Women's Surgeons, secretary of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Wisely Surgical Association and the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.
