St. Luke's Anderson Neurology Program - Painting with a Twist - Feb 2025

In February, the St. Luke’s Anderson Neurology Residency Program held a Painting with a Twist event made possible through the Resident Wellness Grant sponsored by POMA and supported by the POMA Foundation. The purpose of the event was to support resident well-being by creating a relaxing and creative space that fostered connection, stress relief, and open communication.

Painting with a Twist was chosen specifically for its ability to bring the entire residency together in a casual, interactive setting. While led by an instructor, the relaxed pace encouraged socialization and team building.

A key takeaway from the event was the importance of communication during times of stress. Residents emphasized that staying connected and openly discussing challenges can lead to stronger support systems and a healthier response to stressful situations.
