Penn State Family and Community Medicine - FM - Pottery Painting - April 2025

The Penn State Health Family & Community Medicine – State College Residency Program tapped into their creative side with a pottery painting wellness event at 2000 Degrees. Thanks to the Resident Wellness Grant from POMA and the POMA Foundation, residents enjoyed an afternoon of team bonding, relaxation, and connection outside of clinical duties.

The event was a hit—100% of attendees shared in a post-event survey that it was a positive use of time and contributed to their overall wellness. This marks the second year in a row the program has hosted this pottery painting activity with support from POMA, and residents are already looking forward to keeping the tradition alive.
